BODY SCULPT
Our Body Sculpt class is designed to help you sculpt your physique into the body you imagined for yourself. This class will help you get in shape, help tone your body, and will also allow you to reduce overall body fat. Our qualified and enthusiastic personal trainers will guide you through a series of energetic and specifically crafted exercises that will not only improve your overall build but will also motivate you to continue to better yourself outside the classroom.
BOXERCISE
Our trained boxing instructors are here to coach you to perfect form, empower you to move faster, and motivate you to do your absolute best. The Boxercise class is constructed for beginners, and there is no experience necessary whatsoever! Accept the challenge and we ensure that you will get a workout that kicks your butt and also helps you kick some butt!
BOOTCAMP
Our boot camp workouts are unique; they’re designed to be an intense hour of total body training. This helps develop your body in a way that will allow for a higher degree of ease when performing daily activities such as climbing stairs and lifting groceries! All types of people are welcome, whether you consider yourself to be strong or weak, fit or not so fit, your mind and body will benefit from our class.
At Quick Fitness, our Boot camp classes are designed to build strength, stamina, and endurance through a vast variety of exercises that includes explosive routines, lifting weights, plyometrics, and cardiovascular regimes.
This class will also provide social support to those taking part, which promotes a dynamic workout environment for both men and women of all age groups. The objective is that each individual works at their own pace within small teams towards a common goal.
CORE & CONDITIONING
Tighten up your core with our specialized class for your mid section area! This combination of high intensity training partnered with specific core strengthening exercises will help you burn calories, increase your metabolism, and shape your core. You can expect half the class to include movements that cause your heart rate to increase drastically, while the other half consists of movements that help build not only your abdominal muscles, but also the obliques, and lower back for a great well-rounded core. Partner this weekly class along with a well rounded diet and take your core to the next level!
