How does Personal Training work?

Step 1:

Appointment Scheduling

Step 2:

Consultation & Signing Up

We talk about your fitness goals and customize a personal training package based on factors such as frequency, session length and your budget. Once you sign up for a package, you’re assigned to a personal trainer based on your goals and training availability.

Step 3:

Fitness Assessment

We do a thorough full body assessment of a variety of fitness metrics such as body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat score, range of motion, strength/ cardiovascular tests, etc.

Step 4:

Workout Plan Customization

Your fitness instructor creates a personalized workout program based on your goals and fitness assessment tailored to your specific needs.

Step 5:

Booking PT Sessions

We start booking your 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions based on your workout program with your personal trainer.
